Returns & Refund Policy
At Decodev, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall art purchase, eligible physical products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Eligibility for Returns
To be accepted, returned items must meet the following conditions:

The product must be unused and in its original condition

All original packaging, accessories, and included hardware must be returned

Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required

Items must not be personalized or customized beyond the standard options offered on the product page
Return Authorization Process
All returns require prior approval. To begin the process, contact us at contact@decodev.shop.
Once your request is approved, you will receive:

A prepaid return shipping label

Instructions on how to properly package the item

A Return Authorization Number (RA#), which must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package
Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted or processed.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives with any issues, please contact us promptly. This includes:

Items damaged during shipping (such as frames, prints, or packaging)

Incorrect product received (wrong size, design, or color)

Missing parts or hanging hardware
We will review the situation and provide an appropriate resolution.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are not eligible for return:

Products damaged after delivery due to improper use or handling
Exchanges
To exchange an item, you must first complete the return process for the original product. A new order should then be placed separately. Any approved refund can be used toward the new purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), you will be notified of the outcome.
If approved:
